Returns must be postmarked 14 days of the delivery date.
Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 business days to process your exchange or store credit.

How to Make a Return

If you send an item before receiving a confirmation from PPSB you will not receive an exchange or store credit.
Please ensure all your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during the return policy.
Please provide original store receipt to ensure proper processing or a piece of paper with your name, address and order number.

For any reason, the customer received the wrong item due to an oversight from PPSB and the item must be returned, PPSB will be responsible for the shipping cost.
A label will be provided through our website portal.
At this time, we are only allowed to provide one return shipping label per order. If there are multiple items that needs to be returned, please submit the return requests together.
Labels cannot be used more than once. If it is, we reserve the right to withhold additional funds from the return to cover the shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
