Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless it was an error on our part. For example: we sent you the wrong item, size or color.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges and store credit on all items except sale or discounted items. All items must be in it's original packaging and all tags attached, if applicable.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order, if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. We are working to provide this service in the near future.
Can I combine promo codes?
Promo codes and discount offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.
How do I apply a gift card or promo code at checkout?
At checkout, go to our order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Gift Card or Discount Code".
What size should I order?
The best way to make sure you order the correct size is look at the size chart. The size chart will be conveniently placed near the item (for most the shoes) to make it easier for you to choose your perfect size. Most of our items run true to size. You can also check the size chart that's placed on the footer of the website. Remember that sizes vary from brand to brand so the chart is for informational purposes only.
How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?
Typically, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days excluding holidays. If there is a problem with an item it may take a little longer.
